After cleansing and toner, unfold the mask onto clean skin. Smooth out air pockets so the essence makes contact across the entire face.
Leave on for 15–20 minutes. Not longer — once a sheet starts to dry, it pulls moisture back out of skin instead of in.
Remove the mask. Pat the remaining essence into skin until absorbed. Follow with cream or sleeping pack.
Use 1–3 times per week. Post-procedure, daily use is fine for the first week of recovery.
