This is a sample itinerary based on what I typically build for first-time Glass Skin Seoul clients doing a 3-day focused skincare experience. Every itinerary is customized, but this gives you a realistic picture of what the experience looks like.
Day 1: Diagnosis & First Treatment
10:00 AM — Skin clinic #1: Consultation & analysis. VISIA diagnostic imaging, dermatologist consultation (15–20 minutes), treatment plan discussion. This is the foundation — everything else follows from this assessment.
11:00 AM — First treatment. Typically an aqua peel (deep cleansing, immediate glow, no downtime) and possibly a gentle laser toning session. Duration: 45–60 minutes.
12:30 PM — Lunch in Gangnam. Korean BBQ, bibimbap, or a trendy Gangnam café. Your skin might have slight redness but it fades quickly.
2:30 PM — Olive Young shopping. Stock up on post-treatment essentials: sunscreen, cica cream, toner pads, sheet masks. See our Olive Young guide →
5:00 PM — Free time. Garosugil walking, coffee shops, or explore Bukchon Hanok Village (traditional Korean houses). Keep your skin out of direct sun.
Day 2: Main Treatment & Recovery
10:00 AM — Skin clinic #2: Primary treatment. This is the main event — Rejuran Healer, skin boosters, or whatever your dermatologist recommended during Day 1's consultation. Duration: 60–90 minutes including numbing and post-treatment care.
12:00 PM — Gentle lunch. Light food recommended after injectable treatments. Korean Buddhist temple cuisine or a clean café.
2:00 PM — Head spa (optional). Perfect complement to morning skin treatments. A 60–90 minute scalp treatment while your face recovers. More on combining head spa + skin clinic →
4:00 PM — Gentle recovery. Sheet mask, hotel rest, or light sightseeing (Bongeunsa Temple is nearby and peaceful). No sun exposure, no strenuous activity.
Day 3: Follow-Up & Final Treatment
10:00 AM — Follow-up visit. Dermatologist checks your skin's response to Day 2's treatment. Possible additional gentle treatment (LED therapy, calming facial, light chemical peel) if appropriate.
11:30 AM — Aftercare briefing. Written take-home instructions, product recommendations, and a maintenance plan for when you return home.
1:00 PM — Farewell lunch. Celebrate your glass skin at a beautiful Korean restaurant.
3:00 PM — Final shopping. Dermatologist-recommended products, Sulwhasoo flagship store in Dosan Park, or a final Olive Young run for anything you missed.
What This Costs
Treatments in this itinerary typically total ₩500,000–₩1,200,000 ($385–$925), depending on the specific procedures recommended. See our full cost breakdown for all trip expenses.
